    We respect your privacy and treat all client data, strategies, and proprietary materials with strict confidentiality. Likewise, you agree not to disclose any proprietary methods, proposals, or internal processes of VukaLabs without written consent.

    Client Responsibilities

    As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to information, feedback, and resources needed for the project.
  • Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
  • Ensure you have the legal rights to any materials you provide us (e.g., images, brand assets).

    • Limitation of Liability

    VukaLabs is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of business, data, or revenue from the use of our services.
  • Any errors or delays caused by third-party tools or platforms.

    • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services in question.

    Termination

    Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases:

  • You are responsible for paying for all completed work up to the termination date.
  • We will provide any completed assets or partial work depending on payment received.

    • Changes of these Terms

    We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
